In a recent post, he highlighted this figure, comparing it to the world’s population, which he set at approximately seven billion people. He believes that those holding XRP are part of a select group, which he feels positions them for significant advantages in the digital financial landscape.
The Crypto Philosopher posted, “That’s why XRP holders look insane; no one understands it or sees what’s happening, but I did long ago. It’ll all make sense soon.” His comments suggest that being an XRP holder is akin to being ahead of the curve, with many outside the crypto space not yet realizing the potential of the asset.
Some months ago, a prominent crypto figure stated that XRP’s potential is beyond our grasp, and more people like The Crypto Philosopher are beginning to see it. He also pointed out that holding XRP places him in the 0.00071428571% of the global population.
The Community’s Positive Response
His calculation sparked further discussion within the community. Another user noted that the global population has surpassed 8.1 billion people, not 7 billion, which slightly adjusts the percentage of holders.
Using 8.1 billion as the reference, the percentage of XRP holders would be approximately 0.000617284%. This adjustment further emphasizes the small portion of the global population that holds XRP, enhancing the message of exclusivity and potential future advantages.
Another user in the community also noted that some token holders manage multiple wallets. He revealed that he holds XRP across five different wallets, reducing the number of unique holders.
This observation suggests that the total number of individuals involved with the digital asset could be even smaller than the wallet count, reinforcing the notion that token holders represent a limited and special group of participants in the crypto world.
