Christopher Rolland of Susquehanna has become the newest Wall Street analyst to increase his price target for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc (AMD) stock. Rolland boosted the firm’s outlook to $620, moving up from his past target of $550, which points to a potential upside of 12.17%. Additionally, Atif Malik at Citi recently bumped the bank’s target for AMD from $575 to $800, marking one of the most optimistic forecasts currently on the street. These target adjustments arrive just days prior to the firm’s upcoming quarterly financial release, scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Will AMD Deliver On Increased Stock Price Targets?
Over the past several quarters, AMD has posted impressive numbers. The company’s shares have gained upwards of 140% over the past year, beating out sector leaders like Nvidia (NVDA). Rolland expects this momentum to persist throughout the coming quarters.
Revenue growth is projected to lean heavily on AMD’s Helios chips. While second-quarter revenue beat expectations, projections had looked for an even larger contribution from the Helios hardware. Even so, numerous analysts look for Helios rack sales to register in the third-quarter report.
Are There Any Risks?
Both the artificial intelligence and semiconductor industries have experienced massive expansion over the past few years. Sustained demand for AI processors and data center infrastructure suggests this trajectory will persist. Some observers have even likened the present data center boom to a real estate rush. By participating in this movement, AMD has provided strong gains for investors.

Nevertheless, investors must keep certain vulnerabilities in mind. To begin with, escalating prices for consumer electronics have created significant anxiety for purchasers. Furthermore, AMD and its competitors face potential threats from an overinflated AI market. Numerous critics question the long-term viability of the data center industry at its current velocity. Any deflation of this market would severely impact AMD stock.
