Financial author and Rich Dad Poor Dad writer Robert Kiyosaki has cautioned that millions of baby boomers face the threat of homelessness during the upcoming market downturn, advising them to safeguard their retirement funds through investments in Bitcoin, gold, and silver. Reaffirming his frequent critiques of traditional stock and bond portfolios, he advised older adults to shield their assets and keep them out of government hands.
Pointing to a weakening bond market, the analyst emphasized that the stock market is poised to drop next. He noted that the typical retiree allocates 60% of their portfolio to stocks and 40% to bonds, calling this strategy a recipe for ruin. According to Kiyosaki, the impending market crash will obliterate their life savings and potentially force them to cash out at a loss just to pay rent. “Millions of Boomers may be homeless or moving in with kids and grandkids,” Robert Kiyosaki warned.
Kiyosaki drew parallels to his 2008 prediction regarding the collapse of Lehman Brothers. “My predictions, starting with the crash of Lehman Brothers on CNN, on Wolf Blitzer’s Situation Room show in 2008, has been on time and target,” he stated. He concluded his bleak outlook for boomers with his signature remark, “Hope I am wrong. But I do not think I am.”

Doomsday Predictions: Robert Kiyosaki is Full of It
This is not the first instance of Robert Kiyosaki issuing catastrophic market forecasts. His history includes numerous warnings that the conventional U.S. market is headed for a collapse that will erase trillions of dollars in wealth. Even though he has missed several projected timelines, he persists in asserting that the stock market is useless. He consistently champions Bitcoin, gold, and silver as the definitive trio of financial assets, while continuously promoting warnings of an impending monetary crisis.
